When you live well, you feel well. New England Work and Family is a partnership between the Union and Verizon to support you and your loved ones through programs and financial savings.
 
We want to share new reimbursement opportunities for parents and caregivers to save on care and essentials.

$500 for after-school activities for school-aged children (through May 21)

$500 for summer camp programs for school-aged children (June 16 to August 24) 

$1200 annually for textbooks for eligible dependents associated with post-high school education (through December 31)

$500 each quarter for elder care services


Free stadium blanket for the outdoors or emergencies

$500 for health and wellbeing support for you (through June 30)

SEIPP Volunteers and Oversubscription

Brothers & Sisters,

The Union has reached an agreement with Verizon regarding the 2023 4th Qtr Surplus.

The agreement allows for ALL volunteers including oversubscription in the affected Job Titles & Locations to leave under the SEIPP offer on 12/3/2023. 

Verizon has agreed to rebalance the affected locations, and then post bids to backfill the vacancies created by the oversubscription.

Our congratulations to our members who will be commencing retirement.  We thank you for your dedicated service to the Union and wish you all the best in what comes post Verizon.
